Ukiah March For Our Lives Just One Day After Rumored Threat Of School Shooting

Over 500 people gathered in Alex Thomas Plaza in Ukiah on Saturday, in solidarity with people across the country for the March for Our Lives.  The March For Our Lives movement emerged from the aftermath of the Parkland, Florida shooting on Feb. 14 that killed 17 students. Students across the country are calling for elected officials to stop taking money from the NRA and take action on gun control.

The march in Ukiah came just one day after a week that began with a student bringing a pellet gun to Ukiah High School and ended with students choosing to stay home after threats of a potential school shooting circulated through social media outlets. Hope McKenney reports.
