Mediate Or Litigate? It Looks Like Both

Sep 25, 2017 -- The City of Ukiah and the Ukiah Valley Sanitation District are locked in a costly lawsuit encompassing agreements going back to 1955. Last Thursday, the Ukiah City Council sent the district board a letter, asking the district to set aside the lawsuit. With the next mediation date possibly coming up in October, a trial date in March, and a district board election in November, each side has a lot to say about the other.
