The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat advisory Monday through Wednesday this week for inland portions of Mendocino, Humboldt, Del Norte and Trinity counties. Interior valley temperatures are expected to range from 100 to 110 degrees. Areas closer to the coast should see temperature ranges from 70 to 100 degrees.
