The Caspar murder suspect, 39-year-old Kelley Coan, is in police custody in San Joaquin County. She surrendered after contacting an attorney, according to the Medocino Sheriff's facebook page. The victim's vehicle was in her possession in that county and was recovered.
Coan has been booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on one count of homicide and is being held on a NO BAIL status.
