Dr. Marvin Trotter


Dr. Marvin Trotter has enjoyed living in beautiful Mendocino County since 1986. Dr. Trotter grew up in Houston Texas, attended College at University of Texas in Austin and graduated from medical school in Dallas at University of Texas Southwestern.

Dr. Trotter is board certified in Internal Medicine and was initially office-based in his first five years in Ukiah. He moved to the ER at Ukiah Valley Medical Center in 1991 and has also worked as a hospitalist for the last 5 years.

He was the Public Health Officer for Mendocino County for 12 years.

Dr. Trotter believes it will be fun to once again have a long term relationship with patients. Prevention, healthy lifestyles and shared decision making with patients will make for a fulfilling practice.

Dr. Trotter hosts Mind Body and Health every other Tuesday morning at 9 AM.
