Bob Bushansky

Bob is a long-time coast resident and a person who is open to new ideas and other perspectives.  He is the host of Politics A Love Story which attempts to do just that, look at politics from other perspectives. Bob encourages those with a more conservative view to participate and feel comfortable and welcome to reasonably debate and discuss the issues of our time.

Politics A Love Story is heard every other Friday morning at 9 AM.

Friday July 14th at 9 a.m. Pacific daylight time on Politics: A Love Story, Bob Bushansky interviews Douglas Holtz-Eakin, former director of the Congressional Budget Office and current president of the American Action Forum policy institute, a conservative think tank. They discuss a study that Holtz-Eakin oversaw during his CBO tenure from 2003 to 2005 that concluded that tax cuts to stimulate the economy usually do not pay for themselves and actually lose the economy 50-70 cents for each dollar cut.

On Friday June 16, 2017, Politics: A Love Story host Bob Bushansky interviewed Ruth Greenwood, an attorney with The Campaign Legal Center who is part of the legal team representing plaintiffs in Gill v Whitford, a major legal challenge to an alleged case of political gerrymandering in Wisconsion.
