On Monday, April 1 @ 9:00 AM, Johanna "Wildoak" continues her new series
Changing Climate - Changing World.
This series looks at how our changing climate is changing the world we live in, locally and globally. In Part 2 she takes a look at The Impact of Climate Change on Food - how we may create a food system that is resilient enough if fuel grows scarce, weather gets more severe, and traditional supply chains are hampered. She talks with Philip Ackerman, farmer, college professor and author of Rebuilding the Foodshed: How to Create Local, Sustainable and Secure Food Systems. He shares some of the most promising, replicable models for growing, processing, and distributing sustainably grown food, and points us toward the next stages of the food revolution.
