The Problem Was a Power Supply

We were off the air for a few hours Thursday morning because a power supply failed up at the 90.7 transmitter.  We set up a workaround until we replace the part.  Thanks for your understanding.

Follow this link to listen to the audio archive of the Candidates Forum which aired Thursday March 5.

Listen and also read the candidates statements (listed in the column on the right of this page) and mail your ballots so they are received by March 31.

I've been a songwriter for over twenty-five years, performing all types of music from punk to classic country, and the category of Americana has finally defined me. If you've been listening to me as your DJ during Sonic Blender, you know the kind of music that makes my boat float and I hope it has given you great joy - as it does for me. This coming year is a banner one for me - I am releasing my first solo release in oh, so many seasons. "Touchstone" is a collection of original songs I have been working on for the past two years. Some of you know that prior to that, I was performing under my stage name of "Kitty Rose", high points being awarded the OutMusic Award for Best Female Vocalist and then, performing with Kris Kristofferson. I have performed with a lot great artists, including Hootie & The Blowfish, Third Eye Blind, Cake, even Aaron Tippen, over the years. What sets this coming year up for me, however, is I will be hitting the road and the 'boards' hard doing what I love best. 13 is my lucky number and I certainly hope 2013 will be my lucky year! www.katharinecole.com
