There will be an open house at Congressman Huffman's new office in Mendocino County this Friday, January 4 from 5:00-8:00 pm in the Old Fort Building, 430 North Franklin St, Fort Bragg. Meet the constituent services staff.

We're Looking for a Part-Time Assistant Membership Coordinator

Duties include:

- Responsible for implementing all mail correspondence with the members (list upkeep, pledge bills, renewals, thank-you letters, annual Board of Directors ballots).

- Donor database data entry.

- Recruit volunteers to help with mailings and pledge drive.

- General pledge drive support.

In addition, if qualified: develop processes for email correspondence with members.

Workload requires two to three days per week.  Location is the main studio in Philo.  Pay dependent on experience.
