On the Farm & Garden Show today we have a very special guest: Sara McCamant, former co-host of the 1st Monday's F&G show with Linda MacElwee.

Sara is going to be speaking this year at the Bioneer's Conference later this month on Seed Matters and setting up Community Seed Bank Projects. She'll talk to us about the tool kits they have developed to help do just that.

For the second half of the hour we'll be talking about C'mon Home to Eat and the October Local food challenge set up by the Anderson Valley Foodshed Group.

And if there is time, we'll talk about what to plant for the fall garden!
